Bridging

The Bridging Ministry exists to make more and stronger disciples by equipping Faithbridgers to serve beyond the walls of the church.

“Being a bridge of faith every day” is practiced by sharing Christ’s love with people in a practical way.  Sharing our faith and inviting others into the church body is an ongoing method to accomplish the “more disciples” element of our mission. It’s lived out by local and global outreach to the least, the last and the lost through “bridging” initiatives.  Faithbridge is more than a name; it describes a core part of our DNA.

Every Christian is a missionary, regardless whether the mission field is around the corner or around the globe. To that end, Faithbridge has developed relationships with several local ministry partners and moves into the community to share Jesus love throughout the year. Additionally, Faithbridge sends several international mission teams each year and provides financial and prayer support to missionaries around the world.

Bridging efforts are not funded through Faithbridge operating budget. Faith Promise provides the practical and financial means to support these efforts throughout the year. Bridging is supported 100% by contributions to Faith Promise fund.  

 For we are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God has prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10
