Celebrate Freedom 2012

The Celebrate Freedom event is our gift to the community to celebrate our country and to welcome people to our campus.

We put on a fireworks show that has been listed as among the top ten in Houston by the Houston Chronicle. We also provide plenty of food, refreshments, amusements, and a family-friendly concert to make sure everyone has a great time. And,  it’s all free – that’s right, we don’t charge a single cent, because we want to bless you!

We hope to see many new faces this year to Celebrate Freedom! We hope you'll join us. Everyone is invited, so bring family, friends, and co-workers with you. Feel free to bring your lawn chair or a blanket to sit on, but please keep coolers, fireworks and pets at home.

Parking

In order to provide enough space for all the on-campus fun, all parking is off-site only. We've secured plenty of event parking at both Klein HS and Klein Collins HS. Air conditioned shuttle buses will run from the remote lots from 6:30-8:45pm. The shuttle ride will take about 15 minutes. Return shuttle buses will start immediately following the fireworks grande finale!

Event Schedule

Here's what to expect at Celebrate Freedom.
7:00    Activities begin and food tent opens
8:00    Concert with Buzz & the Blue Cats
8:30    First drawing for giveaway
9:15    Fireworks show!
11:30  Last shuttle leaves

Because of on-site construction, we weren't able to hold Celebrate Freedom on campus in 2011. Instead, Faithbridge families invited their friends, neighbors, and co-workers to celebrate freedom throughout the neighborhoods of our community at Celebrate Freedom Block Parties. We are excited to move this annual event back to the Faithbridge campus for July 4, 2012!
