Care Ministry
At Faithbridge, we are about real people leading real lives. Real life includes seasons where special care, comfort and help is needed. We want you to know we are here for you in a variety of ways. Pastoral Care:
- Short-term counseling is available upon request for individuals or couples.
- Pre-marital counseling available by appointment
- Healing Prayer Ministry – Christ-centered prayer sessions where life’s hurts are healed and ministry recipients find freedom and peace. Sessions are conducted by trained lay ministers and we recommend you schedule a minimum of 4 sessions. Appointments required.
- Hospital visitation - See below.
- Stephen Ministry - Stephen Ministers are available on request (one-to-one care in crises)
- Martha's Kitchen – Provides meals and support through prayer and encouragement for member families during times of serious illness, births, hospitalization or death in the family.
- Single Moms/ Widows Care - See below.
- Professional counselor referral available upon request.
- Additional care resources available upon request. (cancer care, Alzheimer's, etc.)

Hospital Visitation

If you or a loved one has been hospitalized, please don't hesitate to call on us for prayer support. If you are in a small group, call your group leader for prayer and assistance. If you are not in a home group, please use our online contact form so that we can contact you.

Single Moms/Widows Care
|
|
Being a single mom or a widow often leaves women in a position of needing some extra assistance at times with small home repairs, car repairs, yard work, transportation and even some uplifting decorating assistance (decorating on a dime). If you would like some extra assistance in a difficult time, please click on the link below to submit your request. We will do what we can to assist you.

GriefShare Small Group
Tuesdays (beginning September 7) • 7:00 pm • Faithbridge

GriefShare, a grief recovery support group, meets on Tuesday evenings. Join with others on a journey from mourning to joy through this 13-week study. This class will greatly benefit anyone who has lost a loved one in death, no matter how long it has been.

Life Struggles (12-Step Recovery Group)

Gender specific groups focus on finding healing and wholeness from life struggles through the power of God's Word. Text is Spiritual Kindergarten, a Christian perspective on the 12-steps to freedom. Newcomers welcome at any time.

DivorceCare for Men and Women

DivorceCare is a biblically-based, gender-specific support group that provides healing for individuals who have experienced or are facing divorce. It is led by people who understand what you are going through and who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences.

DivorceCare for Kids
Tuesday (September 7) • 6:30 pm • Faithbridge

DivorceCare for Kids is for children ages 5–12, who are needing support in coping with the impact of divorce. It runs concurrent with DivorceCare. It is safe, fun place where your children will learn to understand their feelings, express their emotions appropriately, feel better about themselves, develop coping skills and be introduced to biblical concepts to bring comfort.
