Ladies Night

Ladies Night is just around the corner and we need your help! To make this event the HUGE success that we all want it to be for our kids, we need a number of volunteers in the areas detailed below.

Chaperones (need 10 ladies)

Chaperones throughout the evening in shifts.

Craft Queens (need 6 ladies)

If you love making crafts, when we need you. You will head up

one craft area.

Closet Chefs (need 20 ladies)

We need people to prepare ready to serve "hearty appetizers" to

make and bring by that night.

Hospitality (need 6 ladies)

We need you to maintain the snack and drink area throughout

the night.

Overnight Chaperones (need 20 ladies)

Registration/Check-In (need 6 ladies)

We need you from 6:15 to 7:45 pm.

Set Up (need 8 ladies)

We need help decorating and getting everything ready from 1-5:00 pm.

Tear Down (need 8 ladies)

When the event is nearly over at 6:00 am, we will need help getting the

students motivated to help clean up so set up for Man's Night can get

started.

Unlimited Baking Queens

We need lots of sweet treats that you can eat with your fingers.

(cupcakes, cookies, brownies, etc.)
