Health Update from Pastor Ken
Dear Faithbridgers & Friends,
Let me assure you that we’ve been monitoring all the developments regarding Covid-19, and accordingly, we have planned a wonderful VIRTUAL worship service to be meaningful for your entire family. We’ve done this because, at this point, we believe it would be in everyone’s best interest not to gather (in person) with thousands of adults, youth, and children on the Faithbridge campus this Sunday.
Instead, I want to invite you to join me for this very special online service this Sunday, March 15 at 10am. You can watch it at faithbridge.org/live, YouTube, or Facebook. My hope and prayer is that even more than normal will join us for a hope-filled, inspiring service as we “do church together” through technology – throughout our community and even in other parts of the world!
The uncertainty of this outbreak is creating anxiety in our workplaces, schools, and day-to-day activities. Yet we remain certain of God’s steadfast presence and careful attention to all that is happening.
Please join us in praying for those who are affected by this illness, as well as their caregivers and those who are working around the clock to minimize the impact of this virus. Also, if you or someone you know tests positive for COVID-19, please let us know so we can find a way to help, pray for everyone involved, and take any necessary precautions here at Faithbridge.
In Psalm 46, we are reminded that it is God who is our refuge and strength, and our ever-present help in trouble. Therefore, let us not fear, but with confidence use this opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus through our prayers and our care for others.
