Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday is a Christian holy day, which marks the beginning of Lent. Ash Wednesday provides us with the opportunity to confront our own mortality and to confess our sin before God within the community of faith. During our Ash Wednesday services, we will impose ashes on the foreheads of all attendees. The imposition of ashes is a sign of morality and repentance, and can be a powerful and tangible way of participating in the call to repentance and reconciliation.

We pray that through our Ash Wednesday services, all may be drawn closer to God and made more like Christ by God's grace.

Ash Wednesday is Wednesday, March 5, and we will have three worship services:

  • 7–7:30am – The Chapel
  • 12–12:30pm – The Chapel
  • 7–8pm – Center Court East
