This position is responsible for Faithbridge's online interactions with the public by implementing content strategies and monitoring analytics across a variety of virtual platforms. The Social Media Coordinator tells the story of Faithbridge through photo and video content, develops and executes social media strategy for church-wide and ministry events, engages with the church's online community, and manages the church's social media presence and digital assets.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating graphics and design layouts of print and digital communication for all campuses. The Communications Team consists of the Communications Director and the Graphic Designers, Event Coordinators, Senior Media Producer, Media Producer, Project Manager, and Social Media Coordinator.

The Reitmeier Residency at Faithbridge is a two-year program designed to catalyze ministry careers by equipping high-capacity college graduates with the teaching, leadership, pastoral, and entrepreneurial skills needed to succeed in modern ministry. This program combines hands-on ministry training at Faithbridge with seminary education and church planting experience. Residents will complete a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) degree from Truett Seminary in Houston while gaining practical ministry experience.
The Elementary Coordinator is part of a team that provides ministry to families and children.
A Kids Ministry Paid Staff Caregiver is responsible for the love and care of children specific, but not limited to, ages birth-3 years of age during Sunday morning worship services, Thursday morning Faithbridge Women’s ministry kids programming, and Faithbridge special events.
The Faithbridge MDO Teacher provides ministry to families and children on Mondays and Wednesdays, ensuring a Christ-centered, safe, and enriching environment for kids ages infant-5 years. The MDO team consists of the MDO Director, the MDO Teachers, and the MDO Assistant Teachers.
