The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating graphics and design layouts of print and digital communication for all campuses. The Communications Team consists of the Communications Director and the Graphic Designers, Event Coordinators, Senior Media Producer, Media Producer, Project Manager, and Social Media Coordinator.
The Connections Coordinator is responsible for welcoming and engaging guests and regular attenders by connecting them to opportunities and events that assist them in becoming connected and growing members of Faithbridge, as well as providing general administrative support to the Connections Team. The Connections Team consists of the Executive Pastor of Discipleship, the Connections Director, and the Connections Coordinator.
The Student Worship Coordinator provides leadership, discipleship, and development for the worship culture of Student Ministry while serving as a member of the broader Worship & Production Ministry team. This role is responsible for cultivating Christ-centered worship environments for students through worship leadership, volunteer development, spiritual formation, creative collaboration, and media engagement. The Student Worship Coordinator serves as the primary worship leader for Student Ministry while also contributing to worship initiatives across the life of the church as needed. The ideal candidate is spiritually mature, relationally strong, musically capable, highly collaborative, and passionate about developing the next generation of worshippers and worship leaders.

The Reitmeier Residency at Faithbridge is a two-year program designed to catalyze ministry careers by equipping high-capacity college graduates with the teaching, leadership, pastoral, and entrepreneurial skills needed to succeed in modern ministry. This program combines hands-on ministry training at Faithbridge with seminary education and church planting experience. Residents will complete a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) degree from Truett Seminary in Houston while gaining practical ministry experience.
The Elementary Coordinator is part of a team that provides ministry to families and children.
A Kids Ministry Paid Staff Caregiver is responsible for the love and care of children specific, but not limited to, ages birth-3 years of age during Sunday morning worship services, Thursday morning Faithbridge Women’s ministry kids programming, and Faithbridge special events.
The Faithbridge MDO Teacher provides ministry to families and children on Mondays and Wednesdays, ensuring a Christ-centered, safe, and enriching environment for kids ages infant-5 years. The MDO team consists of the MDO Director, the MDO Teachers, and the MDO Assistant Teachers.
