Mary’s Song by Molly P.
Mary had only one response (after Elizabeth declared Jesus was in Mary’s womb), and it was a beautiful one: She worshiped the Lord in song and praise!
As she sang, she poured out her heart to Him. She joyfully thanked Him for not only seeing her simple self but for trusting her to play a role in Jesus’ birth that would be told to every generation. Her song described His greatness and all the ways He is merciful and powerful. He exalts the humble and He is a Promise- Keeper!
Mary modeled the perfect response we should all have to our Savior!
