• Parking - Welcome people as they drive onto the campus and guide them safely to their parking place.
• Greeters - Welcome people as they enter the building and help direct them as needed.
• Hospitality - Serve refreshments, making people feel “at home” before each service.
• Ushers - Escort people to their seats and help meet their needs during the service.
• Lawn Team - Tough and willing persons endeavor to subdue nature, and share an expression of worship, by creating a picture of perseverance in a well-manicured lawn.
• Chair Team - Set up and tear down chairs to make sure there is always room for everyone at Faithbridge.
• Events Team - Provide hospitality for all Faithbridge events.
• Production Team - Help with all things worship production, including lights, cameras, and more.

• Grow Groups - Small groups that meet for fellowship and Bible study, typically in homes, throughout the surrounding community.
• Grow Classes - Enrichment classes in all areas of Christian life.
  • Moneywise Begins January 26 This six-session series covers basic financial stewardship—everything from creating a spending plan to paying off your debt to planning your investments. This Class will meet on-campus, Sunday mornings from 8:45–10:15am
  • Explore Jesus and Christianity Begins March 23 This four week class is for those seeking to know more about Christianity, just beginning their journey, or returning to faith. This Class will meet on-campus, Sunday mornings from 8:45–10:15am
• Singles 30+ Begins January 27 Join our growing community of single adults over 30. This is a Jesus-first, friendship-focused Bible study, crafted for singles by singles. This Bible Study will meet on-campus, Monday evenings from 6:30–8:30pm
• Women's Mid-Week Bible Studies Begins January 28 & 30 Ladies, there’s plenty of room at our weekly, on-campus Bible study. Choose one of two studies that are offered on either Tuesday nights or Thursday mornings!
• Mom’s Mid-Week Bible Study Begins January 23Faithbridge Moms is a weekly Bible Study/small group gathering for moms of kids from infant-5th grade. Find friends and mentors in your life-stage or just beyond!
• Men’s Mid-Week Bible Study Begins January 28 Our Men’s study is aa short-term study that meet on Tuesday evenings that seek to take ancient Biblical truth and apply it to the real world lives of men today in the context of authentic community.

Upcoming Grow Gathering Events

• Renew | Women's Event January 14 Renew is our Women’s event that happens twice a year. Renew is about three things, worship, scripture, and fellowship. Join us as we worship together, hear a teaching, and fellowship around tables to make connections with other women at Faithbridge.
• Shop Talk | Men's Event January 21 Shop Talk is a one-night event with teaching, fellowship, and food. Connect with other men of Faithbridge for real talk while pursuing Jesus together.

This is a community of 18-30 year olds where the aim is to grow closer to Jesus while making meaningful friendships. We meet every week, whether it’s digging into scripture together at our Young Adult small groups on Thursday nights or hanging out on the Pickleball court.

• Small Groups Begins January 23 We have Young Adult Grow Groups that meet on campus, on Thursday nights, from 7:00-8:30 (doors open at 6:30pm)! This is an effective way for Young Adults to get involved in an authentic community, while getting to meet lots of people in their similar life stage.
• Affinity Groups We all have hobbies, right? We’ve at least thought about starting one. Let us help you! We have groups for people with special interests, we call them affinity groups, for those who have interests in things like Disc Golf, Pickleball, Book Club, and even more coming soon!

• Marriage Class (re|engage) Begins January 19 Whether a marriage just needs a tune-up or it’s on life support, Re|engage is a safe place for couples to reconnect. Whether couples are struggling to get along, have broken relationships, or simply want to grow closer together, marriages in any condition can benefit.
• Caregivers Support Group Monthly Caring for an ill or aging loved one is not easy—and you don’t have to journey alone. This group tackles the practical and spiritual challenges that accompany such a season. .
• Recovery Care Group New Group begins January 27 Find freedom from all struggles, including: anxiety/depression, addiction, fear, control, substance abuse, and more. Addiction is not just alcohol or substance abuse—it’s anything that has control of your life. Anger, control, pride, spending & debt, over-eating, perfectionism, codependency, and pornography can all be addictions. We use the Re:Generation curriculum.
• Grief Care Group Begins January 14 A friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. Join with others on a journey from mourning to joy through this 13-week study using the GriefShare curriculum. This class will greatly benefit anyone who has lost a loved one in death, no matter how long it has been. Registration is required, so that we know to expect you.

Serve Teams

• Anointing Prayer Team - Sunday before service, this team prays over the worship gathering spaces.
• Altar Prayer Partners - At the end of service, humbly assist anyone requesting individual prayer at the altar.
• Engine Room - During the sermon individuals pray for the service.
• Prayer Blanket Team - Gather every two weeks to make blankets and pray for the future recipients.
• Prayer Chain - Conducted via e-mail to pray fro the needs of Faithbridgers as needed.
• Funerals - Help serve at funerals & memorials as they take place at Faithbridge.
• Hospital Visitation - Visit Faithbridgers who are in the hospital.
• Martha’s Kitchen - Join a team that is ready to prepare a meal for someone in need.
• Calling - Reach out to Faithbridgers and see how they are doing.

Faithbridge Kids Ministry (infant–5th grade) is raising up a generation of children who know and love Jesus! Infants spend time with our highly-trained, loving caregivers while students attend our creative and relevant elementary services. For more info, visit our Kids page.

• Inclusion | Open Gates - We are ready to love and serve children with special needs and lead them into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. For more information contact jmor.walter@ faithbridge.org.
• Mother's Day Out - Faithbridge Kids MDO (infant-5 years) intentionally and creatively reaches out to raise up a generation of kids who know and love Jesus. We provide a safe, inclusive, biblically oriented environment for learning and social emotional development. We desire for every kid to know they are fully known and fully loved by God. We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am–2pm. Faithbridge Mother's Day Out will open registration for the 2025-26 school year in February. Serve Teams

• Welcome Team - Welcome Faithbridge kids and new families as they arrive and check in.
• Safety Team - Be part of an emergency response team and help keep our kids safe.
• Baby/Toddler Shepherd - Become a Shepard or Caregiver and serve our youngest Faithbridgers.
• Preschool Shepherd - Shepherd and serve our preschool friends.
• Elementary Shepherd - Shepherd and serve elementary age kids K-5th grade.
• Open Gates (Inclusion, special needs ministry) - Provide one-on-one support for children and students with disabilities.
• Baby/Toddler Caregiver

Faithbridge Student Ministry partners with parents to pursue discipleship in the home and intentionally develop students as they discover God’s missional call to be a Kingdom difference-maker. For more info, visit our Student page.

• 6th–8th Grade Sundays at 9 & 11am Our Junior High service is fast-paced and high-energy, designed specifically to help students connect with each other and God. .
• 9th–12th Grade Sundays at 7pm Our goal at Pointbreak is to see high-school students thrive in community and build a strong Biblical-foundation as they approach adulthood.
• Small Groups All students are encouraged to get involved in a Small Group! Each group consists of 8–12 students of the same gender and grade with 1–2 adult leaders. Junior High Small Groups meet on Wednesdays at 7pm. High School Small Groups meet Sundays at 6pm.
• The Road is our Student missions program at Faithbridge, and is among the most substantive opportunities of growth, impact, and development we offer to students.

FSM Serve Teams

• Road Volunteer (Sunday): Some of the assignment are set up and serve lunch at student trainings directly after service, be a safety/bathroom monitor throughout the training, or proofread fundraising support leaders.
• Check-in Server: Cheerfully welcome students and help get them checked in before Sunday morning services or Wednesday night small groups.
• Cafe Server (Sunday 9am or 11am or Wednesday pm): Joyfully create a welcoming space for students by setting up the cafe with provided snacks and helping clean up.
• Safety Monitor (Sunday am or pm OR Wednesday pm): Help us keep students safe by diligently monitoring our bathrooms and hallways.

• Sunday Morning Crew Leader ( 9am or 11am): Build relationships with junior high students and lead them in small group discussions following the Sunday morning teaching.

• Small group leader (12 weeks in the fall and spring: Sunday or Wednesday pm): Build relationships with students as you meet each week. Using a provided curriculum to help guide you in discuss, our hope is that you will walk along these students as they grow in their faith and do life with them while they are in Junior High and High school.

• Road Mission Leader (3 Sunday afternoons Feb-May and one week in the summer): Lead a team of 10 students with a co-leader for a one or two week journey during the summer. We have day journeys and over night opportunities. This includes 2 to 3 Sunday afternoon trainings to get to know and plan with the team before the summer journey.

• Adult & Family - In addition to mixed adult teams serving at mission sites around the world, adult missions also include Men’s, Women’s & Family Trips. .
• Students - Every year, we send hundreds of 5th – 12th Grade Students on mission to serve domestically and abroad. Be on the look out for our Summer 2025 dates coming soon!
• Local Outreach - Our heart is connect you, your family, or grow group with these local ministries to serve outside the walls of Faithbridge
